NOTE: By making this purchase, you as the Client acknowledge and agree to enter into a Written Agreement (Agreement) with the Architect of Record (Architect) prior to proceeding with design services, acknowledge that the attached image is Ai generated, acknowledge that the final design may in some cases, deviate significantly from the original Ai image, represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and acknowledge that all sales are final - no refunds.    

We use AIA B102 as our standard contract.  It is recommended that you review the B102 at the AIA's website link provided below prior to purchasing, as this is the Agreement that will be used for the Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) phases of your project.     

B102– 2017 Owner and Architect Agreement without a Predefined Scope of Architect’s Services

We use a design-build delivery method for construction, and as such, enter into an AIA Document A142-2014 Standard Form of Agreement Between Design-Builder and Contractor.  Please feel free to review this document at the AIA's website via the link below.  This is the Agreement that will be used between the Architect and the contractor during the Construction Administration (CA) phase of your project.
